If you're looking for a practical and well-located base for your stay in Florence, this fuss-free apartment might be just what you need. Situated just moments from Santa Maria Novella train station, it’s the perfect spot for travelers arriving by rail, no need to navigate long distances with your luggage after a day of travel.

The apartment itself embraces simplicity, with a functional layout and minimalistic décor. While it may not be luxurious, it has its own charm, thanks to traditional Tuscan touches like exposed wooden beams and terracotta-tiled floors. These rustic features lend the space a warm, authentic feel that reflects Florence’s rich architectural heritage.

The apartment is on the second floor of a classic walk-up building (so keep in mind there's no elevator), and it can host up to five guests. At full capacity, two guests will be sleeping on a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. Ideal for families or small groups who don't mind a shared space.

What truly sets this place apart is the location. From here, you can easily explore the best of Florence on foot. The iconic Duomo, with its striking red dome, is just a short stroll away, as are the world-renowned Uffizi Galleries, the Ponte Vecchio, and countless trattorias, cafés, and artisan boutiques. Whether you’re here for the art, the food, or simply the atmosphere, you’ll be well-placed to enjoy it all.

All in all, this apartment is a great choice for travelers who value convenience, authenticity, and a central location over frills. It's a practical home base for soaking in everything Florence has to offer.
