Leave a note saying "Back in a Minute" then unplug your devices and reconnect with what matters to you most.

During your stay you have access to 65 acres of native prairie with three miles of walking trails. The surrounding land is in low intensity grazing and hay production. No people!

Enjoy all the comforts of home including grid power, hot water, central heat and air, flush toilet, well equipped kitchen, outdoor living and cooking.

If you have mountain bikes or fat tire e bikes, they can be used on the trails. Also, explore countless miles of gravel country roads.

Coordinate your arrival time with the host. Someone is always available and arrival times are flexible.

The nearest town for shopping is 30 minutes away. If you forget something, contact the host. We are well stocked to avoid unnecessary trips to town and can probably provide what you need.

If you decide to go out, be there is a bar and grill in Kincaid and a mom and pop grocer with hot lunch in Mildred. The Mildred Store also has live music and dancing one Saturday each month.

Host is located one half mile away. Someone is always in attendance. Message if there are any issues, or hike on down the hill and knock on the door.

Campfires are permitted except when conditions are too dry and/or windy.

This "Couples Coach" camper will support a young child depending on your circumstances and length of stay.

The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you'll need for preparing meals, morning coffee, etc. Just ask if you have an additional need. I probably have it.
