This charming detached house is located opposite the owners' house, but offers complete privacy. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room (sofa, pull-out sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi), and a veranda. Four steps lead up to the two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm). A spiral staircase leads to the third bedroom, an attic room with two single beds (80x190cm).
The south-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying sunny days (two garden furniture sets, barbecue, and outdoor games in the shed). You'll have access to a private, enclosed 2500m² garden within a 5000m² property. On-site parking is available. Electric vehicle charging is available via a Wallbox (charges apply on-site).

Take the time to stop and enjoy a glass of local wine or visit the beautiful fortified towns (bastides) in the area (Issigeac, Beaumont, Monpazier...). You'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to sightseeing, from culinary delights (local markets, etc.) and nature activities like hiking in the area or canoeing on the Dordogne River, to cultural experiences such as exploring the magnificent castles of Bridoire or Monbazillac.
