Our house is equipped with a code lock, no physical key is required during your stay. Your code will be sent to you the day prior to check in.
There is ample parking with no assignments and additional street parking. Please adhere to all posted signs

For your safety and the safety of others, please read and follow all pool rules. By using the pool, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:
No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk.
No diving is allowed — serious injury or death may occur.
No fence or barrier surrounds the pool area.
Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No running, horseplay, or roughhousing in or around the pool.
No glass containers in or near the pool area.
No pets allowed in the pool.
Do not use the pool while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children and guests.
Use of the pool constitutes acceptance of these terms.
By entering the pool area, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur. The property owners, hosts, and management are not liable for any harm resulting from the use of the pool or surrounding areas.
Parking: There is no unit assigned parking- take any available space (limited to two vehicles). No permit is required during your stay.
NO SMOKING anywhere inside the home. Any evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation fee.
NO Unauthorized PARTIES or EVENTS. Noise disturbances will be fined $200 per occurrence.
NO pets allowed. Any evidence will result in a $500 remediation fee.

Highly recommend this property for any event! Communication with the host was perfect - very responsive and friendly. The view from the property is incredible - my group still talks about it! The pool and hot tub were great for downtown. Location is in a very safe area. Would stay again!

Beautiful house and view!!! The host was very responsive. We had our family for thanksgiving traveling from all over the country. This house is the ultimate entertaining house. The pool and hot tub and ping pong/pool table and video arcade machine was perfect for our teenagers but the best was the outdoor patio with the TV right outside the kitchen, where just enjoyed the view and perfect. The lake below is easy to walk to and beautiful trails. Love this house!
