• Spacious two bedrooms, one with a king bed and a pull out futon, and one with a queen bed and 2 twins. Each comes with a private ensuite bathroom
• Wood floors throughout and granite countertops in the kitchen
• Fully equipped kitchen with dining area and bar seating at the island
• Top-floor unit (three stories) with four short flights of stairs — please note: wheelchair inaccessible
• Three parking passes for the lot right in front of the building

Absolutely no pets and no smoking. If evidence of either is found, you will be charged a penalty of $1000.
All trash must be bagged and taken to dumpster across the street.
Turn off all lights and lock all doors & windows prior to departure.
There are 4 small flights of stairs to access this 3rd floor property so it is not wheelchair accessible.
Upon checkout, please make sure all parking passes are returned to the unit or a $250 fee per pass will be charged.
