The property includes 5 bedrooms with 5 queen beds, 3 bathrooms with bathtubs, 3 kitchens equipped with cooking basics, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with coffee provided, and toaster. Guests also enjoy 3 dining areas and 3 in unit washer and dryers for added convenience. Outside, the covered front porch is a welcoming spot for morning coffee or evening chats, offering relaxation and an authentic Midtown Memphis stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the main home, which includes all three connected units combined into one spacious property. You’ll enjoy full use of five bedrooms, three bathrooms, three kitchens, three dining areas, and three living rooms, plus in-unit washers and dryers and a covered front porch perfect for relaxing. There is a separate guest house at the back of the property that may be occupied by other guests and off limits. Guests may park in the driveway or use available street parking.

To ensure a safe and secure experience for all, we kindly require all guests to submit a valid government-issued ID along with a selfie holding the ID after booking. This verification step must be completed before we can release your access code. It’s a simple process that helps us confirm guest identity, prevent misuse, and ensure a trusted experience for everyone. Your information will be kept secure and used solely for this purpose. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
