Gazi is ideal for discovering Athens because of its ideal location in the heart of the city. It is a very safe and vibrant neighborhood with many shops to cover every need. From cafes, restaurants, bars, music venues to theaters and museums, Gazi is the neighborhood that covers everything. At the same time you can walk around the center of Athens as everything is within walking distance. The archaeological site of Kerameikos is 200 meters away, the Ancient Agora and Monastiraki 1.5 km away, while the Acropolis can be reached in 25 minutes, following a unique route through all the main sights of Athens.
Everywhere
This is an open plan apartment consisted by one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room. The bedroom can be separated through very sophisticated plexiglass sliding doors that will ensure your privacy if needed. The bathroom is separated by a modern glass door. Let’s see the details:
•Ultra fast Wi-Fi internet at +260Mbps,
•Centralized heat/cold air system connected through channels which you control through two separate on-wall controllers,
•Centralized water heater system for immediate and continuous use of hot water,
•Security door, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit,
•Balcony with great views to Technopolis and the National Observatory. It has 2 comfortable stools where you can relax and enjoy your wine watching the beautiful sunset,
•Comfortable Italian design armchairs and a flat 28inch tv with a cable tv (nova) and a lot of free satellite channels plus a radio cd player. All of the above can be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere with the help of the led spot lighting,
•Modern kitchen with electrical appliances such as fridge with freezer, oven with hobs, coffee machines (nespresso and filter), toaster, boiler. There are pots and cutleries, dishes, glasses, teapot, coffee kit and also coffee (nespresso and filter), sugar, tea (special kinds of Greece),
•Bathroom which has a shower cabin, hairdryer with extra 110 volts inlet
•Bedroom with a double bed with anatomic mattress, pillows and all weather quilt. There is a large closet with hangers for your clothes and personal items.
•The breakfast consists of coffees (espresso and filter), various kinds of teas, drinking chocolate, chamomille, wheat rusks, butter and greek honey.
For health and safety reasons smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Thank you for your cooperation.

We can arrange your VIP transportation from and to the airport/port for you with our new luxury shuttle. This way, you will not have to deal with anything. Just sit back and enjoy your trip. We will prepare everything for you. Our associate will pick you up from the airport/port, take you to our home, carry your luggage inside and show you everything you need to know about our home.
You can also come very easily from the airport through Metro network (10€ fare). Thera is also a direct link through the Metro network from the port of Piraeus. The Metro is at 200 meters from the loft. If you decide to take a taxi you will need 40 minutes from/to the airport and 25 minutes from/to the port of Piraeus.
If you have a car then the National Highway is 3 kilometers away which offers easy access everywhere.

Everything about my stay was first rate - not a single thing could have been better. Incredible value too. The surrounding area, even within a couple of mins walk, is also richly varied, interesting, and includes great eating. Yannis, the host, was terrific to deal with.

We had a fantastic stay in Greece! The studio was spotless, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a big plus, as well as the excellent air conditioning and strong hot water pressure.The location was very convenient, just a short walk to two metro stations, which made it easy to reach every part of the city within minutes. The apartment is in the Gazzi neighborhood, a lively area that worked perfectly as our base. Although we didn’t use the compact kitchen much since we spent most of our days exploring, it was well-appointed and practical.What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding communication with the hosts. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, from private transportation to taxis and metro tickets, both before and during our 7-day stay. We highly recommend this property and would be delighted to return.
