Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.

The home is located in a decent neighborhood and has decent privacy, we enjoyed the fire table and have no a park nearby. The pack n play, children’s dining ware annd cutlery, and high chair were a major plus and easy to use for our toddler. The location was near downtown businesses but far enough away from excessive city noise. I recommend staying at this home for your next vacation. Overall, the home was clean well equipped in the kitchen, plenty of in home entertainment, lots of children books, and a wonderful stay. Smoke detectors were expired and broken upon arrival, communication with maintenance was lacking so there were multiple trips made to replace detectors. There is an additional fee applied that is sent via link after the deadline for refunds on VRBO, a 170 one time fee and a 300 refundable deposit, I wish this information was made apparent at time of booking. Most communication between tenant and business is with an AI chat feature via text and VRBO chat, this felt impersonal and at times there was miscommunication and misunderstandings that could have been avoided if connected with a person.

The check in process was super easy. The property is beautiful. The only problem was the major water leak in the bathroom. The host did put us in a new home right away and were very kind. Things do happen. So I would book with them again.

It is such a charming little house. All the amenities you could need are available and it is close to just about anything you could want to do. If we ever get back to CO I will definitely stay there again.
