This cozy home has two living room areas, each equipped with a TV and great comfortable furniture. Two bedrooms and one full bathroom with a bathtub are located on the main floor, and one bedroom upstairs. Foosball and pool table located in basement area along with a private office workspace room. Laundry and second full bathroom also located in basement.

Outdoor four seasons room with patio furniture, perfect for enjoying a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Additional covered patio seating is located in the backyard.

Please note there are 4 steps to get up the porch and into the home.

EXTRA CHARGES
Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750 charge for extra cleaning entailed.

Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge.

Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering.

A $200 fee for the loss or damage of remotes to the TVs or any other amenity equipment.

PET POLICY
$75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation)
All pets must be kenneled and house trained
All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home
All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding
All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
