The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for visiting Jinju Fortress. The hosts were also very responsive and quick to answer our questions.
We were especially touched by their kindness: we were unexpectedly upgraded from a twin room to a family-style ondol room, and they even left us a lovely little gift as we were travelling for a special occasion. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special!
One small downside is that we couldn’t leave our luggage before check-in, although there was a café on-site where we could wait comfortably. As we weren’t used to sleeping on an ondol floor, we personally found the bedding a little less comfortable than a regular bed. This is more a matter of personal preference than an issue with the room itself.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay. Check-in/out is easy and facilities are greatly appreciated. Intercity bus station is up the street and you're right by the fortress. There's also a hypermarket up the street which works great with the kitchenette.

The location was great and there were washing and drying machines available.
I couldn’t open the windows to let fresh air in. The room felt stuffy even with the air conditioner on. The breakfast was meager.
