Very nice location for my needs and friendly owners. Clear instructions on how to get in.

La propreté en premier lieu, la disponibilité des équipements et surtout l’accueil chaleureux et les recommandations de Mr Deen. Un GROS MERCI pour cette belle experience!!

Everything you could need for a short stay. Nice quiet location with shops & transport links just ten minutes away.
Nothing major. Having to be very careful reaching for all the light switches at the top of the stairs and being aware of the low ceiling.

It was really clean and was easy to access. It also is in a great location, only a 10 minute walk from the tube station (Easy Putney) and about 15 minute walk from Putney train station. Deen was also a lovely and accommodating host and we’d stay again.
The only thing was the slippy stairs, however, we have spoken to Deen about it and he has taken our concerns on board and has assured he will be looking in to how to make it safer. He was very apologetic about it and kind throughout.
