The process of collecting the key is not user friendly.
If there was someone to hand over the key unlike having to struggle with the lock box

The convenience of the location. The place was very clean.
Everything was on hand and conveniently located
It is not serviced daily. Sometimes that little refresh would have been nice.
Was cold as it had no heating.
