The location, very central and easy to reach with public transport. Close to the airport.

The noise. In the room there is a small kitchen with a refrigerator. The refrigerator is old and very noisy and cannot be switch off. The noise wakes you up in the middle of the night because it goes on and off continuosly. One can hear everything from the neighbour rooms. When the neighbour uses the water, the toilet makes a lot of noise. There were renovations (drilling the walls, hammering, .....) in the neighbour room during the day which were really noisy. This is not acceptable! The room should not be rented if renovations are on going next door!!
