Price to performance was ok
The automated emails were the problem! Nobody mentioned that there was "a MULTI-Key guessing game".
The first confirmation email listed a PIN, BUT NO ROOM NUMBER. It is logical to assume that there is ONLY one Key Box (and no guessing!). NO MENTION of was made of ROOM CHANGES and keep checking your emails!!!
After this point I was TRAVELING! When I am traveling and in action I read my emails less that at home. After all I had THE PIN right??? Your system changed the room number and made a new pin- After a full day of business I stood there at night calling your support person (who was very nice by the way!). We stood OUTSIDE the hotel for 30 min. NOT GOOD!
