Very clean, nice decor, great shower and very comfortable bed. All the facilities one could want, in an easy-access, quiet location with on-site parking right outside. Very friendly hosts

It was a nice private space where we were able to unwind in peace after a long drive and was close to where my son lives.

The property was simple and cozy, very comfortable specially to those who just want to relax and to unwind, very convinient to the airport, supermarket, gas station and all.

Jacks Point is a little out of Queenstown proper, beyond the airport, which suited us. Facilities were as per the photos, and the property appears to be rather new. It was good to have a separate bedroom, with plenty of storage. Dishwasher worked well.

The photos show the microwave as being on top of the fridge, but we did not realise how tall the fridge is: the top was above the top of either of our heads - the taller one of us is 5ft 8 in (173cm). This meant that in order to see the controls on the microwave, it was necessary to climb on a chair - a small step-stool would overcome that, though. Similarly, the hanging rails in the wardrobe were above our heads. Bed was a little firm for our tastes, and the pillows very high. Suggest that given how many pillows are on the bed, some of them be only "medium", rather than high. Location instructions could usefully explain that the entrance is down the left side of the building. During the day, the street is very busy, owing to how many residences are under construction (although noise was not a problem).
