Designed with a split-level layout, our condo maximizes both privacy and group entertainment space:
• Upstairs (Main Living Area): Open-concept kitchen, private wet bar, dining, and living space with a Smart TV, plus a half bath. Step onto the large upper balcony for sweeping lake and Hill Country views. Includes patio seating, a bistro table, and a propane BBQ grill for outdoor dinners.
• Downstairs (Sleeping Area): Two completely private master bedrooms, each with its own attached full bathroom, Smart TV, and direct access to a lower balcony with premium zero-gravity relaxation chairs. Perfect for families or two couples sharing the space!

• Pet-Friendly: We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs with a $55 flat pet fee. We kindly ask that pets remain crated when left unattended in the property. Please note: Unannounced pets will incur a $150 penalty fee.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Canyon Lake VRBO. The views alone are worth booking — peaceful lake vistas by day and stunning sunsets in the evening, with deer regularly wandering through the property. It truly feels like a serene Hill Country retreat.One of our favorite parts was the easy access to nearby trails. We saw deer and foxes almost daily, and even spotted a feral pig/boar once, which made the experience feel adventurous and uniquely Texas.The house itself is thoughtfully designed with a fantastic layout that made it comfortable for relaxing and spreading out. Having two balconies was such a treat — perfect for morning coffee on one and evening unwinding on the other. The amenities were clearly chosen with care, and everything we needed was provided.The internet was strong and reliable, which allowed me to work from home without any issues — a huge bonus if you’re planning a longer stay or mixing business with leisure.Shawn was an excellent host — responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made everything seamless from booking to checkout.We would absolutely stay here again. I’m so thankful it was pet friendly, because my dog loved it too!
