A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Just steps from all the best Charlottesville has to offer, make yourself at home in this impeccably designed carriage house! You`ll enjoy soaring ceilings, huge picture windows, a luxury galley kitchen, a modern, tiled bathroom and a comfortable bed. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a weekend with friends and family, explore Charlottesville in style from the Carriage House at Wine Cellar Circle!
Every inch of the carriage house was thought out in meticulous detail and it shows! With style and energy efficiency top of mind, it is truly a welcoming and impressive space. The high ceilings give an open and airy feel, while the height and surrounding lush greenery give you a bit of a treehouse vibe. The bathroom is gorgeous, and the kitchen is perfectly planned to maximize functionality without sacrificing style -- the dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer are all hidden drawer-style. Luxury sheets and 100% cotton quilts will have you sleeping like a dream!
I live close by and am available to help or answer questions any time, but I am always respectful of your privacy.
North Downtown is the posh downtown Charlottesville neighborhood. Winding streets, unique architecture, old growth trees, and its proximity to the Downtown Mall, home of all of the restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops in Charlottesville, make this neighborhood special.
Public transportation (buses and trolleys) is very close by. The walkability of the carriage house is excellent, and parking is easy. Ubers and Lyfts are also plentiful in the area!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable property in a very convenient location. Very close to UVA in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. I stayed here with my son and it was perfect for the two of us. I like to cook, so the little kitchen, which is so well thought out, made it easy, and kept us from having to eat out all the time. We also made use of the laundry facilities, which were very much appreciated. Thank you!
