Barbara the local contact was very helpful when little things needed clarification.

Clean, quiet and a relaxing place to stay. I definitely recommend this home and would stay again.

We stayed in a very beautiful home. The home was very roomy and tastefully decorated with gray tones throughout all rooms. However, it was not cleaned thoroughly and there were ants throughout the rooms. The ants were extremely bad in the bathroom of the master suite. A call was placed to Barbara (our contact person) about the uncleaned house and the ants. She promised to send someone out the next day to take care of the conditions. However, they never showed up. Therefore, it left us to do it.She promised numerous times during our stay to send someone, but that never occurred.Actually, she sent a text on the day we were scheduled to depart stating that someone would come and take care of the cleaning, etc.It was a very friendly neighborhood and we met several neighbors. We talked to the owner by phone letting her know how much we enjoyed being in her home, enabling us to have a nice two weeks to relax, day trips to see the area, visit museums and a day visit to Sanibel Island.
