- Let's go to the beach! Your closest beach access point is Deer Lake State Park Beach Access (0.7 mi, 14 min walk). Amenities: $3/car entry fee, restrooms, outdoor shower, boardwalk & ramp; gate closes at 6pm.
- Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access #8 (0.99 mi, 20 min walk). Amenities: bike rack, no car/cart parking.

You're also centrally located with Rosemary and Alys to the East - just 10-15 mins via bike, or you're a golf cart ride away to Seaside to the West. You're in the middle of it all that 30A has to offer!

To note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door A. There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Heads up for Fall and Winter! The pool at Prominence is heated Oct 1 - Nov 30 and during Christmas and New Years Eve.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
