Gulf Front at Blue Mountain Beach Condo is located along the beautiful beaches of South Walton and on Scenic 30A near Grayton Beach, Seaside, and Watercolor. One will find some of the best restaurants and shopping areas of the panhandle, such as Stinky's Bait Shack and Bud and Alley's.
The 27-mile bike path provides hours of fun and exercise for the whole family as you ride a safe and easy path from Blue Mountain Beach Condos to shops, art galleries, restaurants, Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach or Topsail State Park, and other beach areas. Bike rentals are available and within walking distance at Big Daddy's Bike Shop. Enjoy a ride-along scenic 30A.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The house was initially disappointing. It felt like a flip house that was halfway done but they decided to rent it out in the midst of renovating. Several broken items (griddle in kitchen, grill, multiple fans in bedrooms do not work etc..). The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware/flatware but the rest of the supplies were minimal. In defense of the rental company they do say to bring everything but I have never stayed at a house that was that bare. Also, the gate to the pool area was broken and I called the rental company the 2nd day I was there and told them I thought it needed to be fixed as any child could walk through to the pool---I never heard another word and the gate was never fixed. All this being said the house location was wonderful and the layout is great! After the initial disappointment we enjoyed our stay very much!
