- Please clean up after your pet, ensuring no traces of them in the yard or house.
- Pets must not be left alone at any time.
- A non-refundable base fee of $100 per pet is required for each stay. Additional charges may be applied for any extra cleaning of pet hair or waste to ensure the property is restored to its original condition.
- Visitors of the guests are not allowed to bring pets onto the property without prior consent from the host and payment of the required $100 fee.
Additional Cleaning Policy:
If the house is left in such a state that additional cleaning is required, the guest will be charged accordingly.

This little gem in Lewiston was a great landing spot for U of I graduation. Affordable compared to Moscow prices during this weekend and an easy drive to campus. The home was very chosen and organized. At the time of our stay, it was lacking hanging rods in 2 of the closets, but that was mentioned to the host and hopefully they have addressed that. Brad were super comfortable and the provided Keurig coffee pods was a nice benefit.

Some nice appointments. Clean!But there were NO places to hang clothes in any of the bedrooms. No curtains on the back doors. Anyone could see in. No lamp in master bedroom and neighbor on one side was a garbage dump. A little scary!

Clean house and well appointed. Only set back was yard is not fully fenced, being pet friendly it would be great to have fully fenced yard to enjoy. Great location, quiet and very comfortable!!
