Spend a sociable break in this idyllic holiday home with sauna by the lake.

This cosy and comfortably furnished cabin welcomes you to the picturesque landscape of Skirvedalen and is fully equipped for a large group of nature lovers. Conjure up delicious meals together and get together at the long dining table. After a long hike, put your tired feet up on the reading chair, listen to the gentle crackling of the fireplace or gather together for a cosy film evening on the large sofa area.

Treat yourself to cosy moments in the sauna and take a dip in the clear water of the lake in between. Use the barbecue hut for atmospheric evenings or chat over a hot tea by the fireplace on starry nights.

Discover the charming hiking trails at any time of year and enjoy the idyllic setting with a picnic. Try your luck at fishing, relax by paddling on one of the many lakes and visit Håvardsrud Seterliv, where you can meet rabbits, cows and chickens. In winter, there are groomed cross-country ski trails and the ski area at Gaustablikk. Take a trip to Rjukan and climb the Gaustatoppen.
