This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy updates throughout the unit: Fresh paint throughout, new deck surface and new furnishings. It features a spacious wraparound balcony with views of the mountains and Dercum Square, which has an ice skating rink during the winter and miniature golf during the summer. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.
Just inside the front door you’ll find an entryway with mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a mounted flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and brand leather sleeper sofa and lounge chair. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Next to the fireplace is a two-person game table with an inlaid chessboard. The spacious wraparound balcony is just off the living area and offers beautiful views of the mountains. You can also watch family and friends at the ice skating rink in winter and putt-putt golf in summer.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. Have a meal with the whole family at the brand new natural edge dining table with seating for six. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.
Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

This unit is spacious and the kitchen has s lot of counter space. If you're planning on cooking bring your own spices. The beds are comfortable and the deck is amazing. Communication with host is excellent and clear. We would stay here again.

Unit was very clean and pleasant. Bottom sheet on king size bed was not deep enough and the corners kept slipping off. Ice maker had been turned off and no water in the trays so we had no ice the first evening.

Room was great, beds comfortable, kitchen functional and had most everything we needed. Porch was a nice addition though loud as it was on the corner and buses passed and sat idling. Would have been great for skiing - but the snow was all slush - so gave it a pass. The biggest problem I had was with management and Host. I asked if I could store my luggage as we were getting there early. The response was simply "no" with no other solutions. Namely, he did not give us the option of an early check-in - just that it was at 4:30pm!!! (4:30 really?). Then when we arrived, I asked again, with a delayed reply. I found out I could "arrange" early check in by happenstance. So at 15/hour, (seriously?) we got in early. But neither host offered this. ALSO, you have to pick up your keys at a different location, so had to get the shuttle bus to make an extra stop and run around trying to find the office while everyone else waited. AND he wasn't even supposed to give me the keys early - but he did - thank you. Would NOT stay here again bc of this. Using Air B and B next time - like we always do.
