This two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom villa for up to four guests is a perch above it all, where the horizon feels close enough to touch.

Living space
The open-concept living area is anchored by an indoor fireplace and framed by large windows that draw the ocean inside. Comfortable seating makes it easy to linger over a board game or settle in for an evening with the TV. The balcony wraps around the villa to deliver a mix of sun and shade throughout the day - furnished for both dining and lounging, with an elevated sitting area that's hard to leave once you've settled in with a view of the coastline.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features Viking appliances and everything you need to cook and dine well: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, and a full set of dishes, wine glasses, and silverware. A dining table completes the setup for meals at home.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms, each with ocean views, accommodate up to four guests comfortably. Bed linens, towels, hangers, clothing storage, and an iron are all provided.

Bathroom
The one-and-a-half bathrooms are stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.

Extras & facilities

Peace of mind
The property is equipped with exterior security cameras (one at the front door, one facing the patio toward the ocean - activated only if there is an issue), smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
