Excellent staff and services. Extra clean room snd smells great. Top level experience. Perfectly room temperatures and cleaning services. Hot water for showers and great space for taking a showers. Love the place.

We stayed here for several days and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Cusco’s historic center, and very convenient for exploring the city.
During our Salkantay trek, the hotel kindly stored our luggage for us, which was extremely helpful. On the mornings when we had to leave very early for day tours, the staff thoughtfully prepared lunch boxes for us to take along. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
Breakfast was also very good, and overall we felt very well taken care of. A lovely boutique hotel with excellent service and a great location. Highly recommended!
