A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Welcome to JOSY Atelier.
A place for slow mornings, salty hair and open windows.
Wake up beneath the rooftop of your private sleeping loft and watch the first light fall across the village of Ferrel. Brew a pour-over coffee, open the glass façade and ease into the day while the Atlantic waits just a few minutes away.
The Atelier is a light-filled hideaway designed for couples, surfers, creatives and remote workers looking for a little more than a place to sleep. At its heart is a soaring living space with a five-metre glass front that blurs the line between indoors and out.
Spend the morning working from the rooftop desk overlooking the village rooftops. Head to the beach for an afternoon surf. Return for a quiet evening in your private garden, surrounded by greenery and golden light.
Every detail has been chosen with care: handmade ceramics, a pour-over coffee maker, natural materials and even a bass guitar with amplifier for spontaneous moments of inspiration.
No schedules. No rush. Just space to think, create, surf, read, work, rest and breathe.
