This luxury villa, located just 6 km from the town of Taormina and fully refurbished in 2015, enjoys a privileged location on a stretch of coastline only accessible to very few properties situated in a prime seafront position.
The airy and extensively sunlit interiors undeniably represent the highlight of this property, which includes a wide living room on two levels, large windows overlooking the sea and a grand, white wooden staircase leading to the upperfloor, where three stylish double bedrooms and one single are located.
The living area is also connected to the lower floor, at sea level, featuring two additional en-suite double bedrooms, a living room and a wellness area fitted with small-size gym equipment, a treadmill, a spa treatment bed and an emotional shower.
The exteriors offer an equally first-rate experience, which deserves to be fully indulged in. The several terraces facing the sea, the classy garden surrounding the house, the dining area equipped with barbecue, the mini-pool with Jacuzzi, the solarium with direct access to the volcanic rock shore and the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea – all invite guests to take full advantage of Sicily’s amazingly mild weather all year round.
