Welcome to Three Pines, a cozy second-floor apartment located just minutes from the heart of Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Nestled on Beath Road, this thoughtfully equipped rental offers a peaceful coastal escape for families, couples, or small groups seeking comfort and convenience near the sea.
This 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The space is approximately 600 square feet (excluding the private furnished deck) and features a cozy open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: King bed (two twin mattresses joined together)
Additional Sleeping: Full-size futon in the living room, twin rollaway bed in the master closet, and a Pack ‘n Play for infants
Furnished deck, private yard access, fire pit, and yard games
Fully stocked kitchen with electric oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, crockpot, blender, griddle, toaster, and a lobster pot with crackers and picks
Living room with Roku TV and high-speed Wi-Fi (streaming only – no cable)
Work-friendly setup with folding desk and office chair in master closet
A/C units in the living room and bedroom, plus direct-vent heater with on-unit controls
Private BBQ grill (gas) located at the bottom of the stairs

Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation without prior approval.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
• Up to two (2) pets are permitted with prior approval. A non-refundable $200 pet fee applies per reservation. Guests traveling with a pet must notify Sea Maine Vacation Rentals prior to arrival so we can confirm approval. Pets arriving without prior approval are considered unauthorized and are subject to a minimum $500 unauthorized pet fee, additional cleaning or damage charges, and may result in cancellation of the reservation. ADA-compliant service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
