Location and comfort!
No washer and dryer.

Cool property, there’s a mezzanine, which allows for many guests to stay at once. There’s a washing machine, kitchen, and good shower amenities.
No drying rack in bathroom, the stairs were not extremely strong, so it may not be able to support plus-size people. The floors were not too clean. No man in contact when in trouble at checkin .

I like the location because it’s very close to hakata canal city. The place is very clean and you’ll have all the basic needs.
I didn’t realize that the place did not have a elevator given that the room we booked was on the 4th floor. Not very convenient for families with young children and babies. The space is very small, you have to take a very steep metal stairs just to get to the upper level where the bedroom “tatami room” is located. The TV is just there for display, there is literally no plug put it in anywhere near it. Same with the microwave, you’ll have to unplug the fridge just to be able to use it. I wish there was a extension cord included. Everything is just so small and not very family at all.

"Convenient location. Close to many attractions like Nakasu Food Stalls Street and Canal City. Host was very responsive and the room was clean."
