Well restored cozy flat WITH 2 FULL BATHROOMS (shower, toilet, sink in each bathroom). Nice big balcony, nice kitchen, comfy bed and pillows. Recommended BUT
Very big problems with ants (every little food residual brings inside the flat, in the kitchen, soo many ants). No dishwasher, curtains don't stop the sunlight from entering the flat, location isn't the best.

New flat in a nice quiet area (except the building that was being built at that time next to the flat and was making too much noises)
The curtains in the bedrooms are not blackout and our kids were waking up at six in the morning! The coach is not comfortable.

It was spacious
I was not sign posted thatbI need to take out addition insurance befor being given the access code to the apartment. I wasted nearly 2 hours trying ti contact landlord to give us access the the fully paid apartment.
Also there was a funny smell under the kitchen sink. Leaking water.
