Everything. Especially the staff
All was good
6 / 10Nella media·gen 2026
The staffs were available during the midnight to help me with the room change. The replacement room I got was clean and big. If there was no issue with the first room allocated to me, I would have given 8 out of 10.
The room allocated to me was infested with insects and ants. I noticed insects crawling over my body around 11:30 pm. I went to the reception, and they changed the room immediately (I was lucky that room was available). I am not sure if they were aware about the issue in the room or not.
