The location was excellent for us.
The facilities were a little poor. Ie no way to make coffee etc. One of the radiators didn’t work in a bedroom. The price was high but that’s London I suppose.

Everything is in order. We had a good time there. And they are very responsive to their clients. Their customer care service is top notch.

We booked it for 6 people but were only given towels( that's if you can class them as towels more like face flanels ) and bedding for 4 people. When we opened the draws to put our clothes away there was all rubbish in them. The bracket for the shower was loose and didn't hold the shower head up, so you couldn't have a shower. One of the chairs around the dining table was bent and dangerous as it nearly toppled over when my granddaughter went to sit on it.
Bed settee in the living room are a joke uncomfortable does not describe them
Basically overpriced for below average accommodation. Overall disappointing
