Boutique Hotel Travé Rome City Centre

This hotel is great I’d absolutely recommend it! As a young first time solo traveller I was pretty anxious about the stay in general but after checking in here I felt a lot better, I felt totally safe and the location was great, about 15 min walk from termini! The room was perfect and the bathroom was gorgeous! It was better than I was expecting. The bed is quite comfy and the shower had good pressure etc. Came back from being out to my bed made and bins emptied. Hotel is so underrated!

Honestly not much to fault except from not much present staff. All questions and enquiries are through a WhatsApp chat, and on day of arrival I had to chase up to receive my access code as didn’t get it on time.

Pulizia, posizione, confortevole

I liked the coziness of the room and central air conditioning that made our sleeping really nice on 36C outside. The bed was so cozy, pillows especially. Everything is new and clean.

We had some strange door that were locked in our room - it’s possible that it was unique to our room. They were a bit strange to us especially because we were 2 women alone.

the property was as described and easy to find

we asked for an early check in, the response time was well over an hour and then when we proceeded to call them they told us the room would be ready in 15 minutes to then completely ghost us, so we proceeded to call again when they said it we would be another 15 minutes which turned into another hour. we turned up to the property and could hear cleaners inside so knocked to ask for some help where we were rudely spoken to and told to just wait. i then proceeded to call again to be told its finally ready and we would receive a code to which again we didn’t receive a code for another half an hour. Once we got in the room was completely fine and just as expected but the way we were spoken too and messed around was not acceptable at all!
