Fourium Pattaya Hotel and Serviced Residence

Overall the property was great, clean and staff was nice. The property sits on the main road and in good area so it was easy to walk around all necessities. The cleaning lady and staff was also very friendly. Everyday there was something new at Breakfast and the staff there was genuinely very friendly. Room was clean and spacious and as per expectation.

When I stayed the property was having maintenance/construction which caused constant noice issue from 10am to 5pm; This wasn't communicated before I booked and caused me issue as I was on workation. As the property is on main road, it gets quite noisy if you open the window, otherwise its good. There is no gym at the property, even though its mentioned, the actual gym is just a small closet size room with 2 almost non-working equipments. The pool was good but they close it at 7pm which is quite early for place like Pattaya. It could be my own misunderstanding, but in the room I booked, I was expecting to have full working kitchen while it only had hot water kettle and microwave + fridge.

The location is beautiful also, swimming pool nice

All staff is cooperative specially in kitchen when we have a breakfast the old lady is such a lovely lady and she's so kind
