We stayed here for one and a half months and had an excellent experience. The apartment is spacious, well designed, and fully equipped for both short and longer stays. Everything you need for cooking and relaxing is provided. As someone who enjoys cooking, I especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. The sofa is very comfortable, and having two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, was a definite plus. There are plenty of power outlets throughout the apartment, and the bedroom has a large closet with ample storage, making it ideal for long-term stays. The neighborhood is safe and relatively quiet. I walked outside regularly and never once felt unsafe. Leandro, the owner, is extremely friendly and responsive. Whenever we had a question, he replied immediately and was always happy to help. Ivani, Leandro’s mother who lives upstairs, was also incredibly kind and helpful. She cleaned the apartment for us free of charge and even helped with laundry, which was very much appreciated. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend this place.
