Friendly staff members and willing to assist with everything even though they are short staffed, but their services were good
We couldn't swim in the pool because it was way too dirty and remember, me and my colleagues were attracted to the pool facility so when we couldn't access it was another story, also the grass next to the pool was not cut and looked so untidy.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
What I didn’t like about the place is that the was not hot water at all, and the wifi connection was very bad.
