Charming home a short drive from downtown Columbus. Creaky floors add to the historic feel. Lots of space for multiple guests and very comfortable beds. The keypad to get in wasn't working at first, HOWEVER the person we contacted was very helpful and we got it figured out straight away.
The digital thermostat was not letting us adjust the temperature and it remained a BRISk 64 degrees inside. Multiple age groups tried, so i don't know if it was user error. A little chilly though. Maybe some printed instructions for future guests. Maybe a good wipedown of doors and floorboards. Some smears across some of those surfaces, no biggie but definitely unappealing. Bedding was clean and that's what's important IMO.

The house was large enough to accommodate our party of 7 and only 10 minutes from our event location. Also, close to downtown attractions.
The neighborhood was a bit sketchy but it seems to be turning over. The house overall needs a thorough cleaning and maybe an update to the livingroom furniture. Pots and pans need updated. The beds were comfortable and clean. One bathroom had a mild stained shower but the other was good. Didn’t use the hot tub but it was running and hot. The backyard was not as inviting as the photos make it out to be.

The beds were comfortable.
The 3rd floor was stuffy & humid, the window unit is too small for the area. There were no bath towels left for the room on the 3rd floor. The hall shower is very small.
