Very nice apartment, with beautiful terrace

Es un apartamento muy bien equipado y con unos extras como las terrazas que no son faciles de encontrar.La comunicación con los propietarios genial, disponibles en todo momento. Recomiendo ver todos los tutoriales que te envian porque cualquier incidencia o pregunta que puedas tener está muy bien explicada en ellos. Está a 25 minutos a pie del barrio de Navigli, con muchos locales para tomar algo y degustar la comida italiana.

Por decir algo, las almohadas eran muy finas, pero es cuestión de gustos y muy personal.

The apartment itself was beautiful, stylish and really enjoyable to stay in. The rooms were clean, every room had air conditioning, and the large outdoor terrace was an amazing addition to the apartment. We really liked the overall design and atmosphere of the place.

Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay that could have been handled much better. At the beginning, we did not have enough hot water and were told to adjust the boiler ourselves. At the same time, we were warned that if we did something wrong, we would be responsible for any consequences. In our opinion, guests should not be expected to handle technical issues like this themselves. We also had an electricity problem for one day. We were not informed beforehand about the limitation on how many appliances could be used at the same time. When we used the dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning at the same time, the electricity went out. We then had to go down to the basement ourselves to switch it back on. There were many rules and instructions provided by the host, but this important information about the electricity limit was not included. This should definitely have been clearly explained to guests in advance. The outdoor terrace floor was also very dirty when we arrived, although the apartment itself was clean. Another issue was the city tax/taxi charge, which was higher than the amount originally stated on Booking.com. Unfortunately, the person we were communicating with was also not particularly friendly or helpful. Overall, the apartment itself is beautiful and unique, and the terrace is definitely a great feature. However, the way the technical issues were handled, the lack of important information, and the communication with the host made our experience less enjoyable.
