We loved it, we booked super last minute and the host was very nice about it! We literally had no overnight bags or anything. The room had hangers, towels, deodorant!! and the room we had was right outside the bathroom with a shower that was filled with everything we needed! We felt very looked after.
The heating was kept on low for when we were there and as a cold sleeper I was very comfortable.
A suggestion would be maybe to put some uht milk in kitchen for the tea?, but I do understand its self catering
Would definitely stay here again

Did not avail of breakfast. Good location 30 mins to city centre walk. Excellent facilities warm gas heating clean and tidy. At the time of booking almost £200 cheaper than a lot of other places in Belfast.Equipment in the kitchen was excellent and modern.
Only there for an overnight stay, so for me I was more than happy.

The bedroom was clean and warm, and there was a kitchen I could have used down the hall which looked clean.
I was surprised to have to pay a deposit for almost the same amount of money as the rental, and it seems it will take 7 days for it to be refunded. There was no TV in the room, nor anywhere to hang up clothes and the bathroom was shared. I didn’t meet the owner but spoke with him on the phone when I arrived because I didn’t know how to access the room. He did let me in because I was in a hurry to go for an appointment, on condition that I sent him the deposit asap which I did.
