Enjoy a few special days in this brand-new apartment just one block from the beach, in one of Santa Marta’s most exclusive areas. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or for work, this space adapts perfectly to your needs.

The building is still in its final stages of completion, which means you can take advantage of a special discounted rate while the amenities are being finished. Come stay with us now and be among the first to experience Salguero Sunset—then come back later to enjoy the full experience once all amenities are ready!
In the lobby, a manilla charge of $20.000 COP per person will be made at the time of entrance to the building.
The Space
Our apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Please note that the building amenities are not yet available as construction is nearing completion. This is why we’re offering this limited-time discount—so you can get to know our apartment early and later return to enjoy all the great features Salguero Sunset 1205 will offer once it’s fully finished.
