Inside, you’ll find a spacious 6-bedroom home in a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for family reunions, group getaways, or work retreats. With all king-size beds, bright living spaces, this house offers comfort and convenience for every guest.



The Space:

Our private home offers over 3,070 sqft of living space, with room for everyone to spread out. You’ll have full access to the entire house—nothing is shared.

3 full bathrooms with walk-in showers or tub/shower combinations.

Fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, and hairdryers are provided.

You didn’t bring enough clothes for your trip? Don’t worry! The house is equipped with a modern and spacious laundry room featuring a full-size washer and dryer, a steam iron, a laundry basket, and laundry pods available for your convenience. You’ll also find hangers throughout the house to help keep your clothes fresh and organized during your stay.

The back patio is the centerpiece of this home, featuring an outdoor dining table and cushioned seating with a backdrop of tall trees. It’s an ideal spot for a peaceful breakfast, afternoon reading, or evening gatherings under the lights.

**House Rules to Note

- Please remove shoes upon entering the house, any violation of this rule may result in a carpet cleaning fee/and or charges for damages to furniture.

- Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house, including near open windows or doors. A deep cleaning fee of $250+ will be charged if any smoke odor, ash or residue is detected in the house.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to everything/anywhere in the house except for the Supplies and Utility Closet



Other Things to Note:

OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS: Our house is equipped with an active outdoor

security system for your safety including several OUTDOOR CAMERAS.

Note

- Kindly note that this house is located in hotter climate (Georgia) and has a big garden

backyard, hence it is prone to bugs/insects. We do have pest control to mitigate the

problem however due to the insects being outside rather inside the house, please keep all

the doors closed to mitigate the problem.

- If you have any allergies or other health issue, please be advise that we are not

responsible for any issues that might arise due to your health. The house is

professionally cleaned however dust or residue might still exists, please book at your

own discretion.

- Pictures are taken at the earlier stage of the Airbnb, we do our best to replace and

renew all items in the house, however, please note, it might not be exact to what you are

seeing due to replacement of items, broken/damages, wear and tear over time.

Please remember this is a house that we care and love so much! So please treat the space

with respect, love and kindness by keeping the space clean before you leave (respect our

properties in the house). We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation in
