Enjoy a group retreat at Sanctuaris, combining two signature mountain villas with the classic comfort of Bernard Suite. Celeste Villa and Dawn Villa each feature two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room, a full kitchen, and a private bathroom. Bernard Suite is a studio with two queen beds, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom.



The three accommodations are just steps apart, giving your group room to stay close while enjoying separate spaces. Located within Sanctuaris, each accommodation offers its own distinct charm: Celeste Villa with its radiant comfort, Dawn Villa with its refined simplicity, and Bernard Suite with its peaceful mountain elegance.



Whether gathering for shared meals, enjoying peaceful mornings, or exploring the natural beauty of the Pocono Mountains, these villas and suite deliver a seamless blend of comfort, sophistication, and elevated mountain living.



Pet Policy:

We love pets at Sanctuaris! A pet fee of $149 per pet, per stay (excluding local taxes) applies.



Seasonal Amenities:

During the spring and summer, guests can enjoy complimentary access to one of our tennis courts, six basketball courts (bring your own sports equipment), and an outdoor swimming pool shared with other guests unless the entire estate is reserved.



Estate Options:

Sanctuaris offers multiple units located just minutes apart within the property. Each unit can be booked separately depending on your needs, or you may reserve the entire estate, which can accommodate up to 36 guests. Conveniently situated just two hours from New York City and close to major camping sites and ski resorts, the estate is ideal for families, milestone celebrations, or group retreats seeking both privacy and connection.
