The Hyde Park neighborhood, in midtown Kansas City, is located between the Country Club Plaza and downtown, and is just minutes away from the Plaza, the Nelson and Kemper museums, Crown Center, the Crossroads Arts District and all the entertainment and cultural amenities the city has to offer.
The Hyde Park neighborhood is located in the area from 31st street south to 47th street between Gillham Road and Troost. The area contains approximately 1,500 homes and many historic apartment buildings.
During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this condo are welcome to use any of the amenities provided.
The neighborhood is right in the heart of Kansas City. It is a very convenient location
with easy access to any stores, restaurants and local attractions that you can think of.
Less than 5 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.

We are only minutes from Sun Fresh and Midtown Market grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks.
PLEASE NOTE: The driveway is narrow. If you have a large vehicle, you may not be able to get up to the back. However, there is plenty of free street parking.
First floor: One bedroom, dining room, kitchen with washer and dryer, full bath and living room with a sofa bed.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, living room, bathroom, dining room, kitchen as well as a washer and dryer
The best way to get around is driving or catching a ride with Uber or Lyft which are always readily available.
PLEASE NOTE: The driveway is narrow. If you have a large vehicle, you may not be able to get up to the back. However, there is plenty of free street parking.
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.

This duplex is in a quiet charming neighborhood. It is very close to get to Country club plaza which was awesome for us as we were staying here for the World Cup. The house was clean and had had all the amenities that we needed. Highly recommend parking in the street. They are not joking when they say it is a tight driveway. The host was very responsive to messages. I would come back to stay again! Thanks for making our World Cup experience amazing!!

This charming home is located in the beautiful historic South Hyde Park area. It was very clean, charming, with comfy beds. The bathrooms had plenty of towels for our use. We rented the entire apartment, which consists of two units - one upstairs and one downstairs. We had 5 adults and there was more than plenty of room for everyone. Self-checkin was super easy, and our host stayed in contact with us from the beginning of booking, throughout our stay, and until we checked out. We parked on the street in front of home as we had larger vehicle. Home is as described, and I would consider staying here again.

The host worked extra hard to accommodate me via communications challenges. We found a spacious and bright home to share during our trip, very family friendly!However, being a family, presided over by a *responsible parent, is it really necessary to slap on an additional "per person" cleaning fee to the tune of forty dollars each?? This was nearly a deal-breaker! I would have happily stripped the beds or done whatever extra cleaning steps were necessary. I am glad we splurged this time for your multi-bedroom rental, but have serious second thoughts about future use due to this extra fee. (You probably don't care since you already have our money for this visit now, but for that amount at a hotel we would have gotten all our breakfasts, plus snacks and drinks, the use of a pool, AND made-up beds with fresh sheets every day!)The location was a lovely residential area and very convenient to all the sights we wanted to see around town. Even parking on the street, we felt safe and the neighborhood was pretty quiet.
