Guests can contact us by email. The apartment comes with a Spanish-speaking caretaker. Normal working hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays. The apartment caretaker is responsible for keeping the apartment clean. Additional hours and services, such as cooking, ironing, and babysitting, can be arranged upon request but are subject to an additional fee. There is also a management team on site to provide 24/7 concierge services and on-site assistance whenever needed.
