Welcome to The Adelynn, a boutique community of six Spanish-style homes near Portland's vibrant Kerns neighborhood. Crafted with premium finishes and thoughtful floorplans, each home is designed to maximize comfort, style, and natural light across every level. From sleek flat-panel cabinetry and quartz countertops to custom tile, there are thoughtful touches throughout.

Here, charming tree-lined streets blend seamlessly with world-class dining, artisan coffee, and indie retail. Stroll to favorites like Screen Door, Canard, The Pie Spot, Whole Foods, and countless hidden gems along NE 28th and Burnside. Spend a sunny afternoon at Laurelhurst Park, catch a live show at Revolution Hall, or grab drinks at one of Portland’s countless microbreweries—there’s plenty to explore nearby.



Whether you’re visiting for a celebration, a work trip, or just to explore Portland, this is one of the best places to call home base.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — You're near Portland's Kerns neighborhood, with the NE 28th Avenue restaurant row plus cafes, shops, and Whole Foods nearby.



🚌 Bus — Several TriMet lines run on nearby streets, including Line 19 (Glisan) and Line 20 (Burnside/Stark), with service to downtown Portland. Check trimet.org for the best route.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share is another option. Portland's bike lanes make cycling a great option for exploring nearby neighborhoods.



🚗 Driving — Free public street parking is subject to posted signs and open spaces. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is another option.



✈️ Airport — Allow for traffic when driving to PDX.



Other Things to Note:

These townhouses share walls and the property is nestled near a freeway - urban noises can be audible at any given time.



The townhouse has three interior stair flights and no elevator; the kitchen, townhouse full bathrooms and laundry are upstairs. The ground-floor studio has six exterior steps and no interior stairs.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
