Welcome to this fully furnished 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome tucked between the fairways of Barefoot's championship golf courses. Tall vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan connect the kitchen and spacious family room, creating the perfect setup for a group getaway. The main bedroom and one additional bedroom are located on the first floor, each with a private en-suite bath. Upstairs, two more bedrooms — one with a queen bed, one with two queens — flank an open loft space, each also with its own en-suite bathroom. A private garage and meticulous upkeep round out this comfortable retreat. Please note: 7-night minimum stay required.
The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet storage, and plenty of dishware, opening seamlessly into the main living area. Seat the whole group at the pub-style dining set for 8, grab a quick bite at the bistro table, or pull up a stool at the breakfast bar. A full-size washer and dryer sits just off the kitchen hallway. Your stay includes all bed and bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, departure cleaning, and a starter kit of essentials to get you settled in.
The main suite offers a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and private courtyard patio access, along with a spa-like bath featuring double sink vanities, a garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The remaining three bedrooms each include a ceiling fan, closet space, and easy access to private en-suite baths, plus there's a convenient half bath off the main family room downstairs.
Cool off at the Clearwater Bay community pool, fire up the grill on your private courtyard patio, or take advantage of Barefoot's North Tower Resort pool and hot tub near the marina. The beach is about 1.5 miles away — hop on the free seasonal Barefoot Shuttle (May–October) to get there, to the North Tower pool, or to the Barefoot Landing Shopping District. Beach supplies are available in the garage, with local vendors offering chair, umbrella, bike, and stroller rentals delivered right to your door.

The property is nice and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. We usually use a noise machine to drown out sound, but it wasn't needed. If we had a concern the owners were prompt and ready to resolve any issue. The rating could have been 5/5 but the cleaning service was subpar, and the courtyard wasn't maintained.

This house was perfect for our family. The beds & furniture were comfortable, and the place was clean and spacious. We did wish there were dressers or access to closets for clothing, but we can live with it & will likely rent again. The rental agency staff was friendly & responsive. Perfect location!

Cons: unit was not ready at check in time. I find it ironic since they charge $100 for late checkout. Shouldn’t they offer the same credit for late check in. Upon arrival to the unit, we waited over 30 minutes for the cleaning crew to finish up, causing a rush job. The keys took some jiggling to work for entry. The neighbors had a dog barking loudly for most of our stay. We were blamed for having this dog and a man came by to “check”. There were quite a few bugs, even one on my pillow (glad I was up late that night and not asleep). The hike could use a good extermination. All the dishes we took out to use were dirty. We cleaned all we used by hand. We didn’t want to use the dishwasher in case there were unknown issues. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom only ran at low speed and is needed because the room is off the patio and difficult to cool. The ceiling lights also didn’t work in that room. There also was no accessible closet in this room. The upstairs’ bedroom at the front of the house had a blood stained mattress pad. It took about 24 hours to get it replaced, not for lack of calling about it. There were no supplies like batteries in three living room remote controls, extra toilet paper, paper towels, nor food seasonings. Pros: Home was as described. There were beach towels and beach chairs available. There were grills to choose from. The home was clean overall. There were plenty of cookware, dishes, and cutlery. There were tvs with either cable or apps to watch.
