This area is known for its walkability, bike lanes, and local culture. Everything you need is a short stroll away, from grocery stores and coffee shops to unique shops and breweries.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — Mississippi Avenue is one of Portland's liveliest strips, packed with restaurants, bars, music venues, and unique shops — all within walking distance.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 4 (Fessenden) runs along Williams and Vancouver avenues every 15 minutes with direct service to downtown (~15 min).



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is generally available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.
