I appreciate this unit was pet friendly as it affords travel with our pets and there are not many places available in AMI that allow for that. It came with everything needed for a stay and also extras. I have booked with this owner multiple times and I will continue to do so because it is always a positive experience with fair pricing. I'm going to see about his Colorado properties later this year. Please note this is a downstairs unit of a house. The top floor is a separate unit so the pool and top balcony are shared spaces. The owner provided multiple sound machines for use of needed and we did end up having to turn those on from time to time. I guess what I am saying is be a good neighbor, be mindful there are people below you and who also want to have access to the pool without having to step over or clean up after the top floor (or bottom floor if applicable) vacationers.Extra note: The Walmart delivery for groceries as suggested by the host IS the way to go. We didn't do this last year but it was so convenient to place an order an have it dropped at the door within just a few hours and please tip your driver... They are the ones in fighting traffic coming over the bridge all day. Be a kind human. That is all.

Very nice location, i wish it was written somewhere that the pool and outdoor area was shared space between the two floors & that checkout was later than 10am. Other than that the location was great & our family had a good time

Beautiful little sanctuary nestled quietly in the community—peaceful and relaxing, yet only a block from everything you need. Just a short walk to the stunning white sand beaches, and to our surprise, there was also a wonderful little spa right on the corner where we enjoyed amazing facials and some much-needed downtime. Highly recommend for families or couples, as we visited. We’re already looking forward to staying again next year.

The property is lovely with comfortable furniture and beds. The outdoor area and pool were very relaxing and appreciated.
