Villas on the Beach 305 sits right where you want to be: beachfront, breezy, and beautifully designed. As part of the Villas on the Beach condominium complex, it gives you direct access to sand and sea, alongside a modern, elevated stay, right in the heart of the action in Holetown.

Set on the third floor of this exclusive St. James community, this renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom home blends contemporary comfort with a front-row view of the Caribbean Sea. And yes, there's an elevator, so getting to your villa is as effortless as the days you'll spend here.

The open-plan layout keeps everything on one level, flowing seamlessly from the kitchen to the living area and out to the covered terrace. Inside, the décor strikes that perfect middle ground: minimalist yet warm, modern but inviting. Soft tones, clean lines, and subtle textures give the villa an easy calm that feels instantly restorative.

Both bedrooms are en suite, thoughtfully designed for privacy and comfort. The master suite opens directly to the terrace, so you can start and end each day with the ocean in view. The second bedroom offers flexibility for friends or family, while both bathrooms feature sleek finishes and plenty of space to unwind after a beach day.

Step outside, and you're exactly where you came to be, overlooking the turquoise water, with the beach and communal pool just downstairs. The terrace is perfect for lazy breakfasts, sunset cocktails, or simply sitting still and watching the light change over the sea.

When you're ready to explore, you're already in the heart of Holetown, just steps away from beachfront restaurants, cafés, spas, and the local supermarket. Everything you need is within walking distance, while Speightstown is just 20 minutes north, offering a slower pace, local dining, and charming seaside character.

Whether you're here for a Barbados honeymoon, a family escape, or simply to soak in the best of island life, Villas on the Beach 305 is the kind of place that makes every moment feel unhurried.
