- FIREWORKS & LASER POINTERS PROHIBITED – Fireworks are illegal within city limits and strictly prohibited on the property. The use of laser pointers is also illegal and not allowed.

Great location and property! Our vehicle was towed by the property manager without any warning, but another vehicle given a warning on the same day. Felt like we were being targeted and we had to incur the inconvenience and expense of retrieving our vehicle. Not a good feeling when you spend thousands of dollars to stay at a reputable place and have to deal with unprofessional management. Hopefully everyone involved learned about grace concerning paying tenants. Cleaning service was not up to professional standards. We had to dust furniture and sweep both balconies.
